Who Will be Responsible if my Ticket will be Degrade OR they throw u from CNF to W/L ..???
If u Purchase PRS Ticket and u are not much aware about Govt Site then how u will come to know these Scenario ..??
Previously, your ticket was confirmed and later on it was degrade to lower class OR Simply they through u in W/L ??

Some VIP indulgence at last moment or removal of coaches due to technical reasons is the reason,no one can be held responsible for this.If you don't wish to travel in degraded class full refund would be provided or if you travel difference fare would be given back to you.
Exactly, what i mean to say..
If u Booked CNF Tickets (120 APR) and u'r NOT Much aware about the Rules of Traveling VIP's at Later Stage might effect ur Journey. And, anyhow u need to travel on that day only, coz of demise of any relatives, in that situation how will u travel if ur tkt downgrade from rac to w/l or cnf to w/l (Assume that u have to travel any how) Will TTE will help in this...?

Why so called ViP blamed when no one knows internal working of system ?
It is impossible to cut/change predefined quota without removing/adding coach.
