A few days back when I had a chance to visit the New DLS institute of Rail Studies, I bumped into a newbie of the place. But an intake in mid-session? Something was off the convention.
Basically, the former is renowned as one of the premier institutes of the country whereby admission is no cakewalk. Possibilities, if any, arise at the budgetarian span of the year which are again subject to approval by the Managerial Committee. And the secrets behind this lad being able to make it through in...
more... the middle of the session were somewhere associated with him belonging to the upper SHT caste and apparently some closeness with the newly appointed Dean.
In his hasty preparation for the new college, a brand new costly uniform has been borrowed from his seniors of other parts of the country who were probably awaiting a changeover from their tattered ones. He is given an off on Sundays whereas schedule on weekdays is minimal to avoid strain and fatigue. Everyday a brand new bus of route number 5 or 7 from Ghaziabad is deployed as the conveyance facility for the prince. Security is on an all-time-high around his places of visit and a hearty welcome is now a daily tradition on both ends. Truly, watching him work is like being the spectator of a kingdom. Royal and lavish.
