My Trip Report : 12780 Goa Express from NZM-PUNE on 12.09.2013
1) first of all i got the ticket on 11.09.2013 evening and it landed in RAC.. It was a very good note to start off the journey.
2) I reached NZM arounf 2:50 PM and Goa Express was ready with it WAP-7 and announcement were being made.
3) It departed RT from NZM...

and within few minutes it accelerated to its top speed. It was great watching it pass Okhla, Faridabad, Kosi at top speed. It seemed that the station terrace would be blown.
4) My ticket was confirmed at Agra station and the train kept it TT, except for Gwalior where it reached 30 mins late. and then from manmad it got bit delayed evenyually reaching Pune a Hour late
5) Food Quality was of high Quality. coach was neat and clean and on duty cleaning staff were on there toes cleaning the compartment and toilets.
6) Toilets were equipped with tissue paper and liquid soaps.
7) Co-passengers were very nice and it was nice interacting with them. I didnt miss the apportunity of letting them know about IRI. Few also said that they would be foloowing this webpage.
8) So overall the journey was too too good and i rate 9.5/10
