Finally an official halt for this train @ RJY.

HWH MAS mail need not halt @ OGL. Its for HWH BBS VSKP ppl to reach MAS but not for OGL. OGL ppl can go by walk or bicycle.
This concept ended way back before 94's itself. RJY is big city.
though around 90% trains stop there as commercial, rest which don't stop, ether slow down in the station or else collect CO on their runs.
