Sir, for worst case Senereo i would like to give two alter net plans. considering the fact that MAS is a remote location having small quota for all classes.But you can see in the table (given below)if some one books from KATPADI which is just one station behind of MAS he gets fare chance for CNF compare to MAS (please see 2nd table)so it is my advice that if you have doubtsor if originally booked tickets remains in WL and if you can change your plan for a day than book fresh ticket from katpadi and change Boarding from Katpadi to MAS after booking.i see no resion why your ticket will not not conform.
