Yes near TVC ok but look at the connectivity btwn TVC and KCVL.........Some passenger trains too halt there but only at the western side and its hard to reach KCVL especially it would be difficult to board a train leaving KCVL at night and reaching KCVL at night
No need for premium express. it will run empty only.. people will then prefer flights than this one..better a supporting Ac express to Garib will do.. or a express train departing morning from TVC and then taking the 9 am slot to SBC from ERS>..
As far as of now, there are buses ready to ply at the arrival time of express at KCVL.2 buses has been deployed for the same. Also autos are available.
Regarding the connectivity by train its poor... The western entry is well connected by bus. but not via FOB... Hope railways will soon look into it.. have posted a complaint in PG portal

I think changing Kochuveli-Yesvantpur AC Express to Garib Rath slot by providing a new rake and making it a Tri-Weekly(Tue,Thu,Sun)instead of Fri would be better.......and then shifting the 12507 Trivandrum Guwahati Express to 12:50 Time slot would be better
