100 percent illegal travelling lower tkt in higher class,but ppl travel saying lunch or dinner etc naturally it causes to distrubing the felow passenger in 2 a,if allowed even 2nd sleepr psnger also travels choosing some friend comfortibly with general or 2nd cls tkt,,,,,there is rule with tte to fine them without giving berth or place to charge full 2nd ac and to vecate in next station or continue if accomodation available

bas make sure that u don't cause any inconvenience unintentionally to other passenger. Many times it happens that the seat becomes too much crowded and due to inconvenience caused to other passengers they complain to the TTE.

actually it isn't allowed but most of the times TTEs allow for short period of time like in times when eating etc. Don't stay too long.

AGREE some times many ppl occupy and talk loudly in 2 a and mearly 5 to 7 ppl occupy and exchange kukures tea and other eatables and through all wrapers under the seat and most pathetic even the chage points being utilised by them even short period for them short period is 2 to 4 hours and some times till night
