This train should be extended upto JIND JN. After 12482 departure its a struggle to reach Delhi from Jind, especially New Delhi station.
This is short terminated at Bahadurgarh every alternate day due to late running of 14315/BE intercity. So no TAT available for extension to Jind

Turn around time is TAT. 14324 ROK departure is 2 PM and 14323 ROK arrival time is 12.30 . In one and half hours it cannot reach /Jind from ROK and come back. This is basically Turn around time

Return Jind to Bareiily is not possible as rake of 14324 is used to run as 14085 (TKJ -SSA) while incoming rake of 14086 which reaches /NDLS in morning is worked as 14316-Bareilly intercity.What can be done is delinking RSA of 14323/14324 from 14315.Rather 14323/14324 should use rake of 14737(BNW -TKJ) 0r 04090(HSR- NDLS) both of which are presently standing in Delhi area from10AM to 6PM
Tentative timings can be14323-/NDLS-10.45-ROK12.30-JIND-13.30 14324-JIND 14.10-ROk-15 . 00-NDLS-16.45

At 5 AM, 14737 is there from BNW. So max. Ekta time can be shifted to 4.45AM from BNW.
JP DLPC Is there as daily service from RE but with its extn tO SBI reservation quota for RE onwards is drastically reduced.

Yes 14796 TT from PNP to BNW is crap.Can easily reach BNW by 10.45 .One hour given from GHNA to ROK and 1hr,15 min from ROK-BNW with one stop and no crossing .
