is there any new rules like if we r out of station and our relatives who can take tatkal window ticket from window.and after getting pnr num if we will send it to 139 we r getting full sms ticket..and that is valid for travelling will tt alow this?

sleeper class just now i saw a pnr in pnr forum for 2mrw train so many tickets were upgraded in upper class, any one says why?

yeah i agree with you, i also suggest to passenger that travel in 3ac may be it will confirm, but due to winter session they want in sl class only,i.e no chance of confirm ri8?
already have ticket in Anaga express i dont think it will confirm Entry# 606421
