HELP! Can somebody tell me how can i get mobile number of a passenger if i know pnr of of that passenger . My baggage is exchanged with the same.Any suggestion is appreciated in advance. Thanks.

I have received my luggage within 24 hrs of it being exchanged. Thanks to GRP and IRCTC. Also, putting querry on Twitter really helps.
Thanks. I met stn master but he did not have enough information to help me. The ticket of Passenger was booked online so he hardly had any info. Though he directed me to the GRP which ultimately co ordinated with IRCTC and found mobile number of that passenger.

good positive news BUT incorrect. First of all there is no train to Ranchi which is a capital . Secondly, AGARTALA has a railway station. Even NAHARLAGUN acts as a railway station for ITANAGAR. It is 12 kms from ITANAGAR.

Its not necessary Rajdhani should connect capitals only. Have you not heard of New Delhi to Bilaspur or Dibrugarh Rajdhani. Are Bilaspur and Dibrugarh capitals???

local residents are also authentic source. a large number of small inputs can lead to an information. otherwise there is hardly anything to read. progress is so slow even newspapers also publish an article once in a fortnight still most of them are repetitive. for eg read an article in Naidunya day before yesterday "Malwa Nimad ki takdeer badalne wali hogi Indore- Manmad rail line" . dont we know this for last 7-8 years. what next? nothing.next month is inauguration,thats all . that will also happen in time or not , nobody can guarantee. in such a scenario sharing of news and updates by railfans should be encouraged .

does anyone have any idea why the newly built bhind-etawah track is not being utilized for new trains from indore to kanpur/lucknow or even extension of existing train from INDB.

par sir ...mujhe nahi lagta koi indore se gwl hote hue jhansi jaana chahega..samay aur paisa dono zyada lagega...jaha tak mujhe pata hai waise bhi indore -guna -gwalior route pe train ki speed pe kuch restriction hai ..aap dekhiye malwa exp zyada route tay karke bhi kam samay me gwl pahuchti hai.....aur duusri baat jhansi k liye duusri trains bhi hai....extension ki zarurat to etawah kanpur ki taraf thi.

i have a slightly different opinion on this issue. just look at the comments by the locals from chambal or indore region. arent they a source of correct ground zero info. newspapers may /might not bring out that issue or may completely miss or neglect it. if u ask me anything beyond lokmanya nagar towards rajendra nagar/rau/mhow/tihi/pithampur i can give almost equally authentic news about any development project because i live in vicinity and know that area for long. nevertheless...as u wish..
