can be accommodated.<br />‌But according to IRCTC Ticket Booking,<br />the train has 3AC quotas as follows :<br />‌MADGAON - RATNAGIRI => 151 tickets<br />MADGAON - DADAR => 133 tickets.<br />‌So, how is it possible for IRCTC to issue 151+133 = 284 confirm 3AC Tickets for 10112 train from Madgaon station ?<br />‌In addition to these 2 quotas, there is also tatkal quota which allots 19 more 3AC tickets. Also, it has High Official, Foreign Tourist, etc. quotas for the same set of stations separately. <br />Question is where are these many passengers accommodated if max capacity is only 256 3AC seats in 10112 ?

This is what I have read somewhere in the newspapers and also in some previous blogs on this site itself. There can be scope for corrections if any as I haven't personally seen the train running on 20th Jan 1997 with my own eyes. Anyway, I wish for her betterment and upgradations.
