Yesterday & Today - Viramgam-valsad train comes at surat 19.17pm pno.3 & departs at 7.20pm. Stoppage due to goods and superfast train passing of approx 15 mins. Reaches Valsad at 9.20pm at p.no.3 - This is a nuisance and the respective railway authorities have to look into the same.

I am surpised at the working of Valsad Railway Station. The maintenance staff and the station master are list bothered about the timeliness of the train and the neatness of the platforms. Valsad Viramgam train which leaves from Valsad is always late and it is found that either the maint work is not done or the guard is not available etc. Can somebody please help how to complain about this?
