Travelling in ICF first class is like being in hell in normal days. But in these case of interruptions I think Railways penalise people who pay them well. Long live the brains of Engineers who developed this first class coach in ICF
Even though travelled in 2A it is a horrible coach poorly maintained with worst suspension. Particularly after Salem, there is no stoppage for 200 kms and it is very uncomfortable to sleep in the lower berth

Sir this is not only the issue. I went to the toilet on the west side of tambaram using my regular suburban ticket. they refused saying that this has been changed to as sleeper class waiting hall and suburban passengers are not allowed. for nearly 10 years + i was using this facililty as suburban traveller but suddenly they have changed everything. my complaint in IR website was unanswered. the station master does not even know the problem. god save this station
