tatirajurishabh 8 blog postsSo my ticket status is WL 48 for SC-VSKP Garib Rath from SC to RJY. I've heard from many that this particular train will give you confirmed tickets for even moderately waitlisted tickets. So what is the probable reason? Extra coaches?
This ticket better be confirmed since i have to make this travel anyway. Its just 4 days away, and in the last 5 days the WL dropped by 10.

I will try for tatkal. However in any case i don't get the tatkal ticket, the only option is that getting a regular ticket from the counter and boarding the train with waitlist, right? Because i have to make this journey anyway - family issues. The current status is WL-44
Edit: Sorry i didn't know that even counter tickets arent allowed now. What are the chances of getting a ticket in Premium Tatkal in between Secunderabad and Rajahmundry?

as the state of andhra pradesh is diveded,,now..
andhra pradesh exp name should be dropped from immediate effect for 12723/12724..so that it does not hurt the sentiments of the people of either areas.(especially as telangana people are rejoicing the statehood,railways should respect them)

I have some confusion relating Tatkal booking.
I wish to buy tickets on 4 June for Mumbai Chennai express at 6 PM. I will be going directly to the counter, and will be standing in line early morning to get the first chance.
