Yes you are correct. Base coaching depot only does the rake Primary Maintenance, these guys i think are actually confused about Primary maintenance and Secondary maintenance, and what happens in primary maintenance and what happens in secondary maintenance. But i think your attachment is very clear and i think now their confusion will be cleared. What they are telling for SC Rajdhani at SC is Secondary maintenance there but they are confused about what is the difference between PM & SM, but now your attachment gives a clear picture.

surjitbasu~ 1383 blog postsCKP Now had an extra Platform (Terminal Platform) at ROU end on other side of PF#1. It was being developed from during the lockdown period and noe from Feb 2nd' 2021, Saranda MEMU began to commence its journey from this Platform.
So now CKP has 4 platforms instead of 3 ?? Is it a half length platform?? I went to CKP in 2019, good place.
