The construction for alternative DC line begins!
As per the news received ,
The 28km new line will go through Chandrapura - Telo - Gomoh rail flyover bypass - Matari and merge in the grand chord
The project was sanctioned in August 2023 and supposed to be completed by March 2027

A Y Leg connection was supposed to be constructed at Ispatnagar as an alternative for DC line which only stayed till Pink Book and nothing happened

A line like this can be constructed for diverting trains on GMO - ADRA/Anara route via IPTN with halts of some trains (if possible)

As of now Sonardih area isn't affected. But later on fire will also reach these areas. I don't think so it would be considered

As per the map of IR
The 28km line is the new line being built parallel to existing CRP - TELO section crossing GMO - MHQ line , bypassing GMO and merging in GC at MRQ
See the black dotted line in the attached picture and also in main post

A/D timing needs to be improved from RNC and slacks to be reduced
It is always standing at MURI for more than 10 mins everyday and at BKSC more than 20 mins everyday in both direction
Mostly it goes in WL on weekend (check tomorrow's run from both direction)
