In train no. 12258/Kochuveli - Yesvantpur Garib Rath Express (PT), one gets NOT AVAIALBLE message while trying to book between KCVL and ERN. But, just after chart preparation lot of current reservation seats are available between KCVL and ERN.

The GNWL between KCVL and YPR is always runs beyond 100. How does it happen that current reservation seats are available between KCVL and ERN always?

This is regarding query on tatkal ticket. I booked a tatkal ticket and the status was WL23. After a few hours the status changed to 7 and finally it got confirmed. The rules says that confirmed tatkal tickets are not admissible for refund. So how did my improve from WL23 to WL7?

This is a mystery.
Even if people with confirmed tatkal cancel their tickets also, whether these many people will cancel? It is a mystery. Members can just share their feelings.
