Exact location is Goldinganj between Chhapra and Hajipur.

Thanks for sharing the photographs. I am not sure if anybody has noticed it or not, the coaches did not crumple or get on top of each other telecopically unlike in traditional trains, thanks to the LHB coaches.
It is being said that 17 fish plates had been removed, hence, it's anybody's guess how could this disaster been prevented as far as maintenance is concerned. However, I feel that running a pilot loco may have helped.

I recently travelled on the 22692 - Hazrat Nizamuddin-Bangalore City Rajdhani Express and had a harrowing time with the quality of food being served, the behaviour of the catering staff and general cleanliness in the coach. How can I post a feedback on the IRCTC website? Interestingly, the IRCTC website allows you to submit feedback for only specific trains, and this train does not figures in that list.

amtkumar1101 4 blog postsThe rake of this train has been changed. It now runs with LHB coaches which are far more better than the previous ones. However, the quality of the food being served onboard leaves much to be desired.

Not to mention that the onboard service of the staff is also pathetic. For not providing the service, these people had the audacity to come asking for tips after serving dinner on the last night of the trip (NZM-SBC, 21/06/2013 at NZM).
The situation was funnier, when the attendant looking after the bed-rolls distribution came asking for tip at the end of the journey.
Anna Hazare's movement is needed in every govt. department.
