Firstly this is not the first time this line has been approved.
Secondly, IR expects Haryana Govt to provide free land as well 50 % cost-sharing for constn, of new line.
Thirdly, line will mostly take detour around Chandimandir Stn, maybe after that, as it will then take detour ahead of Ghaggar, then it will save cost of additional bridge on Ghaggar.
