Today Tatkal Quota (Around 210 SL Class Bearth) opened for 07/05/2011 and @ 8:05 AM it got WL.
I was even not able to login to IRCTC, and it got full.
I think, blocking irctc site has again started.

It is still showing RAC 78 and 79, any chances of getting confirm tickets.

After chart preparation for Journey Date 22-April, HO quota is showing 48 Seats available in SL class and 8 seats in Defence and I got RAC tickets, how can it possible?
If they have not utilized HO quota then it should be credited to General SL class, Am I correct? And I should get a confirm ticket,

When I booked, my tickets were in RAC and now chart prepared and it is still showing RAC.
And HO and Defence quota yet not occupied.
What to do, this is a planned mistake, so TTE get benefits.

Then how to utilize those HO/Defence and Tatkal Quota ticket, after Chart preparation, is there any request need to feel to Station Master/TTE.
