Technically and Constituionally running a site where info about railway is available in such an open way is also a crime and also capture of pics and videos too is a crime because these are protected areas of IR and any trespassing is not allowed here which means you cannot shoot videos etc without prior written permission of the concerned station master. If so you would be found guilty and dealt according to the law. So basically we all are defaulters here in one way or the other.

You have a double stand for the same. When one of the members posted the pics of the Hard Copies of the WTT all of you said wow.. gr8 .. commendable job etc etc. Was that not breach of confidentiality of the IR and its working ? Those who have put an agree here should look into their own and see did they not support the wrong doings of the member.

And basically I have done no fault. And if fault is there all 13 to 14 lakh members are at fault. The reason I have cited above in the 3rd or 4th statement. Kindly file an RTI for the same too that are you eligible for photography or videography in station premises without written permission. If it would had been legal, none of us would had feared the RPF
