I tried to photograph it but was quickly taken away by catering boy... Click to open. Nowhere does it say alcohol is prohibited. Of course consumption is prohibited but carrying couple of sealed bottles as gifts I think is perfectly legal. You can ask any alcohol vendor in Goa and they all say no need for permits under 2 bottles. My bags have been checked so many times on trains and I always carry 2 bottles with me and no problems whatsoever.
