Why do few trains runs on diesel loco in an electrified route. why cant changeover of engines happen at the point where electric route ends .

yes you are correct partially, they pollute indirectly, when their source of power are the thermal power plants, where lot of coal is burned to produce the electricity- and hence indirectly adding to the air and thermal pollution.
But if the power is from Hydro electric plants, no such effect is there

Take Dakshin express to NZM...and after wards take a bus. from Interstate Bus terminal of Kashmere Gate. Don't go via Loharu/ Chirawa right now.

Or you can take 14705 DEE- Sadulpur , Sadulpur express , which departs at 8:40 am from Delhi sarai Rohila and Reaches Loharu at 12 in the noon.
If you wish , you can take reservation in this train till Loharu, though there won't be much crowd in the general. But since you will be with lot of luggage, taking a reservation would be advisable.

I have recently graduated from Bits pilani as B.E Mechanical, would be taking my younger brother to Pilani for admission by July end.
In this person case, a train journey by 14705 in morning would be the best choice. If by chance he misses that , he can avail the Private bus service of Chaudhary Transport from ISBT Kashmere gate , which departs at 9:20 am from ISBT and reaches Pilani by 3 pm.

Oh , I forgot to Add- Jangpura M.S. is on Violet line, which terminates in Central Secretariat M.S. ,from there you have to change onto Yellow line.
Hence for your entire metro travel from Jangpura to Pratap nagar , you will have 2 interchanges - one from Violet to Yellow at Central Secretariat and then Yellow to Red at ISBT kashmere gate.
Oh , I forgot to Add- Jangpura M.S. is on Violet line, which terminates in Central Secretariat M.S. ,from there you have to change onto Yellow line.

It is not Shastri Park, it's Shastri Nagar which is near to DEE. Shastri Park is on the other side of River Yamuna in East Delhi.
Actually both Shastri Nagar and Pratap Nagar are close to DEE, but Pratap Nagar is more close and better transport facility.

I wish to seek assistance to a problem which I have encountered quite recently. Not sure whether this is the right place , but wish to give it a try though.
I booked my bicycle from Pune Jn., on 18th June , 2011 for Lucknow, which was to possibly come by Pune-Lucknow weekly special 01421. On Tuesday, at Lucknow, when I checked , I found my bicycle had not reached. The office boys at Parcel Office, LJN told me to check again on Sunday (today 26th June ), as the cycle might come by Pune-Lucknow Express 12103. I checked again , my bicycle didn't come.
