जागरण संवाददाता, बोकारो: रेल बजट से भले ही बोकारो के लोग निराश हुए हों, लेकिन रेल मुख्यालय अपने स्तर से बोकारो वासियों को नए वर्ष का तोहफा देनेवाला है। बोकारो रेलवे स्टेशन से रांची की ओर जाने के लिए दो पैसेंजर ट्रेन जल्द शुरू हो सकती है। बोकारो से मुरी व बोकारो से रांची दो ट्रेनों चलाने पर विचार हो रहा है। सूत्रों की मानें तो जून तक दोनों ट्रेनों को मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। 1बोकारो-हावड़ा पैसेंजर को रांची तक व बोकारो आसनसोल ईएमयू को मुरी तक चलाने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए मंडल स्तर से प्रस्ताव दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मुख्यालय तक भेजा गया है। जैसे ही वहां से अनुमति मिल जाएगी। ट्रेन का परिचालन प्रारंभ किया जाएगा। 1खड़ी रैक का होगा उपयोग : बोकारो-हावड़ा पैसेंजर ट्रेन शाम 6.35 पर बोकारो स्टेशन से खुलती है और सुबह 4.20 पर हावड़ा पहुंचती है। हावड़ा से रात 9.05 पर खुलती है...

और सुबह 9 बजे बोकारो पहुंचती है। इस तरह ये सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 6 बजे तक बोकारो स्टेशन पर नौ घंटे खड़ी रहती है। इसी तरह बोकारो-आसनसोल ईएमयू बोकारो से शाम 3.40 पर खुलती है व शाम 6.50 पर आसनसोल पहुंचती है। इसी तरह आसनसोल से सुबह सात बजे खुलती है और सुबह 10.30 पर बोकारो पहुंचती है। दोनों ही ट्रेन बोकारो स्टेशन पर काफी देर तक खड़ी रहती है। दोनों ट्रेनों के खाली पड़े समय का उपयोग करते हुए दोनों ट्रेनों को चलाने की स्वीकृति के लिए रेलवे बोर्ड भेजा है। 1खाली समय में चलेंगी ट्रेनें : दोनों ट्रेनें बोकारो से रांची जानेवाले ट्रेनों के बीच चलेगी। उदाहरण के तौर जैसे बोकारो से रांची जाने के लिए दोपहर 2.30 बजे के बाद शाम 6 बजे ट्रेन है। इस बीच इस ट्रेन को चलाया जा सकता है। वहीं सुबह 10.30 बजे के बाद मूरी तक कोई सवारी गाड़ी नहीं है। ईएमयू को इसी बीच चलाया जा सकता है। 1लखनऊ व दरभंगा हो सकती नियमित : रेल प्रशासन की ओर से समर स्पेशल के रूप में घोषित रांची-लखनऊ व रांची-दरंभगा एक्सप्रेस का परिचालन रेल प्रशासन नियमित कर सकता है। समर स्पेशल के दौरान ट्रेन में यात्रियों की संख्या व रेलवे को होनेवाली आय पर सबकुछ निर्भर करेगा। फिलहाल समर स्पेशल के रूप में इन दोनों गाड़ियों का यह ट्रायल रन है। वर्तमान में बोकारो से सीधे लखनऊ के लिए सप्ताह में तीन दिन केवल नीलांचल एक्सप्रेस जाती है। 1’>>वरीय अधिकारियों ने रेल मुख्यालय को भेजा प्रस्ताव1’>>खाली पड़े समय में किया जाएगा दोनों ट्रेनों का उपयोगदोनों ट्रेनों को चलाने के लिए रांची मंडल से बात हो रही है। दोनों ट्रेन काफी समय बोकारो स्टेशन पर खड़ी रहती है। इन समय का उपयोग करते हुए चलाने का प्रस्ताव भेजा गया है। जैसे ही स्वीकृति मिलती है, इस दिशा में काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

it was expected as track reform work mostly going in NER only which allows ner for imposing heavy psr but I have nt seen train being delayed more in NER then in Other zone.

Same mistake again and again. The total travel time could have been reduced easily via RNC-GMO instead of doing circular journey. The train seems to go north, then east, then south and finally towards then west, traversing every possible direction. The designer of the time table could not have seen a rail line between GAYA-GMO-RNC-ROU which was optimal and this usually happens with those who do a lot of copy paste activity.

main problem is cutting the route for short journey will get even less number of passenger which is presently getting actually this train is alternative for South Bihar and BSP Patna since BSP Patna is not running that day they suggested a special train to overcome rush from DURG RJPB some of its passenger will go to Patna and intermediate station like Kiul Jhajha jhasidih Asansol etc,

This is bcoz From ANVT mostly Bihar & UP bound high Patronage trains originate which have good occupancy throughout the year irrespective of the season whereas from DLI mostly passenger trains to neighboring states or Not so important trains originate. This makes the difference b/w ANVT & DLI in per train to revenue ratio.

The ranking is based on a set of 17 key performance indicators (KPIs) such as operational and financial performance measured by passenger traffic and freight loading among others.
The KPIs have been made part of the annual performance appraisal reports (APARs) of general managers, divisional railway managers and departmental heads in zonal railways.
"Zonal railways are being evaluated as per relative performance on each indicator by comparing the targets fixed for eachZonal and divisional units were asked for targets for the year. Now, each general manager, DRM and departmental heads are being evaluated against his/her own targets. one after much deliberation," said a senior official.
The KPIs have been set against five broad categories of performance linked directly to the health of Indian Railways. These categories are operational and financial performance, capacity enhancement, capacity utilisation, asset reliability, and manpower training and upgrade. Under financial/operational performance, how much freight has been carried by a zone and how many passengers it has handled will carry maximum weightage.

NER ko last me dekh ke shock nahi hona chahiye. Jo zone GKP chorkar kahi kuch karta hi nahi usko kya milega. Chote stations and halts pe light, platform, shed kuch bhi nahi. Operating ratio bhi bahut kharab hai.

It is just not about freight revenue. The operating ratio of SER is much better and the punctuality is also really good. I have personally seen small stations under ADRA division and every station has elevated platforms and sheds unlike many other zonal stations where you see no light, platform, shed and grasses on ground platforms. What is proper terminus ? SER is not about HWH only, all divisions together make one complete zone . The score is not dependent on just a proper terminus but other important factors as well. The new complex is of SER in HWH just like NER has 3 platforms at BSB which technically falls under NR and LKO division.

GKP with all the possible facilities will never help NER to be a top performer even after having a proper terminal like GKP. There small halts and stations are in pathetic state and operating ratio is poor as well , passenger earning may be only saving grace.
