Just like Pikachu evolves into Raichu, this train evolves into Pandiyan Express according to IRI. But how does it take place?? The timings of both trains are totally not in coordination with each other. How the rake exchange is done???

Pandian and RF combo have 4 rakes, maintained at MDU. Maintenance will happen for a rake once it arrives to MDU as 12637.

What is the current status of CGL-VM doubling? According to The Hindu article in March, the section would be FEDL by April end and still no news.

Still no confirmed news on CRS inspection on Karunguzhi - CGL section. As per my knowledge this section was doubled long back, but electrification and wiring were the problem.
RVNL took VLDI - ALU section as the most critical section of MS- MDU doubling, but to me it is the 2nd most crucial section after VM-ALU where 60% of crossing happen.
The order should have been (CGL- VM must have been completed long back):

Currently the MDU JN shows as "MG/NG to Single diesel". This applies to only MDU-BDNK section.

MDU - DG was doubled and opened for traffic long back in 2011. The line was electrified and end to end e-Locos were operated from Feb 2014.
Now the entire MSB-CAPE chord line is electrified. Most of the admins know this.
Any of the admins kindly update the JN details if this is possible from your end.
