Why doesn’t SCR makes a conscious effort to develop Hyderabad Deccan [Nampally] station by extending services up until here, especially considering the important trains connecting to Tirupati/Vijayawada/Visakhapatnam/Bangalore/Shirdi, since this remains accessible and viable option for the people living in the South, Southwest/east, Central parts of Hyderabad. As such this proposal would ease out congestion and bottleneck of services on Secunderabad Railway Station. Moreover, Hyderabad station is famed for operating exemplary trains of SCR such as Telangana (once AP), Godavari, Charminar, Hussainsagar etc., with record of good primary maintenance and punctuality.

Godavari Express is d most prestigious train of SCR connecting Hyderabad and Vizag since ages. Extending it to anywhere is out of the picture!
Seen today with an offlink Erode WAP-4. Reached HYB 1 hr late!
I think this should be renamed as "Hyderabad Secunderabad", cuz SC is no longer a separate city and has become part of Greater Hyderabad ...like Delhi Hazrat Nizamuddin, Kolkata Howrah etc. Admin, please make a note of it.
