In how many days does a PNR gets flushed after completion of journey / cancellation of ticket?
I want to verify whether a ticket (2 weeks old) has not been cancelled (This PNR does not belong to me and I cannot verify it on IRCTC booking history page). Is there any way to check it?

How does Pooled Quota work on this train as none of the station has RL quota. And I see that there are very few seats in Pooled Quota shared by a huge number of stations. Regret is reached almost instantly. So how much chance that PQWL 3 in 2AC to get confirmed in this train?
