Since it was restored, no need of refund. But I certainly had to pay for cancellation charges booked in alternative train.

Yes. Yesterday when sms was received even in IRCTC it showed as Train cancelled.

For Bhuj Ahmedabad & Bhuj Palanpur, I don't have any idea but as per some railway officials, electric trains between Veraval & Rajkot will start running from January 2024 onwards due to some minor technical issues between Veraval & Lushala.
