fanof12801~ 295 blog postsI thought 22849 is the better option than 12773. But that's not true. Why this train always arrive 1 hour late at KGP. And then arrives not less than 2 hrs late in SC? And mostly its departure is delayed at SHM only. Why?

This loco is present at the NRM, chanakyapuri and yes mgs shed is painted on it
MGS was supposed to have 2 sheds, MGS/ER (which kept ALCo s) & MGS/NR (which kept the EMD WDM4s) . Probably IR didn't get TOT for the EMDs, hence foreign staffs maintained them
Yes, MGS had an NR-owned diesel loco shed exclusively for WDM4 locos. The shed was shutdown sometime around 2000.
