I don't think they are going to increase general. Sleeper increment is a welcome decision but this scam for people economy coaches is the worst thing that a train can have.
Might be but as per railway board direction NFR have to increase general also as it's not running with pantry car so current rake is 21 only 1 or 2 general can be added.And yes 3rd economy addition was not needed it was better to continue with 3rd AC only.

Just noticed the love of katihar division for 3E coaches. 12523 will also be augumented in similar fashion . We will travel in garibrath by paying 3rd ac fare ЁЯШВ. Such an idiotic decision.

I've posted two screenshots of a situation where there's availability in 3E yet people are taking WL in 3A, as there's two coaches of both of these classes in this train.

Bt it's my personal experience of many times that side lower seat of 3E is much better than as of 3Ac...personal charging point, personal reading lamps, ac on/off option, mobile holder, water bottle holder, upper berth slide is more comfortable here in compare to 3A

Sorry for low quality pics but the train was very well maintained from the outside with 2020 LHB coaches from NCR, wish they run this train tri-weekly if not daily. Also do enjoy the EOG sound.
