MGP pushes for Better Railway Services in Mysuru Region

The Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP) has submitted a memorandum to the Mysuru MP outlining concerns about current railway services. They highlight issues like the slowdown of the 17326 Mysuru-Belagavi Vishwamanava Express, causing longer journey times between Mysuru and Bengaluru. MGP proposes rescheduling its departure time to 6:05 AM to restore...

speed and avoid conflicts with other trains. The memorandum also recommends swapping the departure times of the 12610 Mysuru-MGR Chennai Intercity and 16217 Mysuru-Sai Nagar Shirdi Express to ease travel for daily commuters. Delays experienced by the 16215 Mysuru-KSR Bengaluru Chamundi Express due to the 06256 MEMU train are addressed by suggesting a departure time of 7:00 AM for the Chamundi Express. MGP urges the Indian Railways to reduce travel time between Mysuru and Bengaluru for express and superfast trains. They also advocate for the introduction of new train services, including a tri-weekly Chamarajanagar-Bidar train, a daily Mysuru-Mumbai service, and a bi-weekly Mysuru-Rajkot service. Additionally, MGP emphasizes infrastructure development needs, such as the early operationalization of the remodelled Ashokapuram Railway Station, doubling work between Mysuru Junction and Ashokapuram, realignment of the Mysuru-Chamarajanagar railway line near Mysore Airport, development of a MEMU terminal at Naganahalli Railway Station, a new crossing station at Kavalande, and stabling lines with secondary maintenance facilities at Chamarajanagar Railway Station. These proposed changes aim to improve connectivity, boost local industries, and enhance the overall travel experience for passengers.

Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP) ne Mysuru MP ko ek memorandum submit kiya hai jisme current railway services ke baare mein concerns express kiye gaye hain. Unhone 17326 Mysuru-Belagavi Vishwamanava Express ke slow hone ki wajah se Mysuru aur Bengaluru ke beech journey time badhne ki baat ko highlight kiya hai. MGP...

ne is train ke departure time ko 6:05 AM karne ka proposal diya hai taaki iski speed restore ho sake aur doosri trains se conflict na ho. Memorandum mein 12610 Mysuru-MGR Chennai Intercity aur 16217 Mysuru-Sai Nagar Shirdi Express ke departure time ko swap karne ka bhi suggestion diya gaya hai taaki daily commuters aur IT employees ko Mysuru se Bengaluru aur Bengaluru ke Whitefield tak safar karne mein asani ho. 16215 Mysuru-KSR Bengaluru Chamundi Express ko 06256 MEMU train ki wajah se delay ka samna karna padta hai, jiske liye MGP ne Chamundi Express ko 7:00 AM par departure karne ka suggestion diya hai. MGP Indian Railways se request karta hai ki wo Mysuru aur Bengaluru ke beech express aur superfast trains ke travel time ko kam kare. Unhone new train services introduce karne ki baat bhi rakhi hai, jisme tri-weekly Chamarajanagar-Bidar train, daily Mysuru-Mumbai service, aur bi-weekly Mysuru-Rajkot service shamil hain. Iske alawa, MGP ne infrastructure development ki zarurat ko bhi highlight kiya hai, jaise remodelled Ashokapuram Railway Station ko jaldi operational karna, Mysuru Junction aur Ashokapuram ke beech doubling work karna, Mysore Airport ke paas Mysuru-Chamarajanagar railway line ko realign karna, Naganahalli Railway Station par MEMU terminal ka vikas, Kavalande par ek new crossing station, aur Chamarajanagar Railway Station par stabling lines with secondary maintenance facilities. Ye sab proposal agar implement hote hain toh connectivity improve hogi, local industries ko support milega, aur passengers ko overall travel experience behtar milega.

How come this train and 16213/16232 are having different CC? This train has 24 coach LHB rake? I think the CC needs to be fixed by moderators. 16235 and 16236 are showing different CC.
