Instead of messing up 12626 train TT if they want to follow the best ZBTT would be for the train to leave TVC at 10:00 AM and arrive NDLS at 10:00 AM (1 hr 15 mins speeded up) and then return to leave at 16:00 PM to arrive TVC at 16:00 PM (48 hours) - and then go for PM for 16:30 PM from next day 09:30 AM and SM at NDLS from 10:30 AM to 15:30 PM , in that case if it gets delayed during fog it does not have to arrive TVC at midnight

I agree to the last sentence, arrival at 07:00 AM in NDLS along with other sound indian gang and departure before telengana would be the best
Also if 12625 Kerala Exp could start from Trivandrum at 8 or 8:30 Am & it could reach N Delhi by 8 or 8:30 AM there would be atleast 12 hrs turnaround time until & unless there is a major delay,12626 Kerala exp could run on scheduled time from NDelhi at 8:10 pm.The real issue is railway changed the timing of 12626 Kerala exp without doing any changes in the timings of 12625 Kerala Exp
No people ! 12626 timing is bad cause if it gets delayed in fog when it reaches TVC its 01:00 AM at night ! The problem is they should have made evening departure before Telengana for 12626 and changed the whole set of TT for 12625 so it covers - TVC to KPD in day (the main purpose of area where it serves)
Ok let's go by your point,as you would be knowing during winter season fog issue is mainly early morning & late night.As you have suggested even if 12625 Kerala exp reaches NDelhi by 10 am & 12626 is rescheduled at 16:00 @ NDelhi what if due to fog 12625 Kerala exp regularly arrives late by 5-6 hrs where is the turnaround time.Again 12626 would be regularly rescheduled the situation remains the same.The major issue is not it reaches its destination late due to fog delay, the issue is train does not have enough turnaround time currently due to which it is frequently rescheduled.Morever Keralites only requested for a night train to Kerala the only thing railway did wrong is it just changed timings of 12626 Kerala exp without any changes to 12625 . 12625 Kerala exp should reach NDelhi by 7:30 to 8 am so that it does have turnaround time...
