Pathetic service by railway staff. Even after Swach Bharat Abhiyaan this train isn't clean at all. There was no water in washroom and at sink, after complaining there was no reply for it, finally we had to call up and the staff said water will be available only at the next station (which was 3-4 hours away) and said if there's any problem you can come and talk to him. Seriously do we pay G.S.T for such services and replies.

Main ticket holder was in another compartment. So i didn't got proper elaboration.
But he was also a WL ticket holder.
And he could not tell me what was his last waiting position before charting.

Only 100 passengers was there in train between Lucknow and pratapgarh. Deep dark atmosphere and no pass in coach makes us scary.
