even I have a doubt regarding partially cancelled trains.
They'll release the ticket or not is a big question mark! :/

But the train which departs HW on 5 th Jan (23:50) will reach LKO on 6th Jan (morning/afternoon)........
Best is to cancel it and book in Doon express u should get full refund- clerkage. If not u may board it from lko on 6th. But reaching at lko rt in foggy months of January can be difficult
