Bro, Even I had faced same issue where my WL 6 (3AC from DHN-Chennai) stuck at RAC. It was booked at ARP of 2 months (ARP of 60 days during Summer July 2010)

what you said is right........only one 3AC for DHN is very less. The slip service should be removed as the travelling passengers has increased so much over the last many years. Only solution is to run them independently. SER & ECR should pressurize railway board for the same.
