let it b any zone, crew must b given a proper schedule too. Over time, is too dangerous for any crew. Fatigue issues are common now a days n crew.
Instead of blaming either of the zones, zones should come up n take some proper action plan n counselling instead of pressurizing the crew to work more than stipulated time.
