The fare increase without the budget discussion . There is no point if this is the way railway cuts the common man's pocket . I am just wondering when court is curbing the surge pricing on ROAD , WHY NOT ON RAILWAY . They are just blackmailing the common man for the "demand & supply " rule .
How I will know that how MANY TICKETS ARE SOLD ATM so that I am for sure to know that my surge pricing will be applied correctly .

Can anyone explain how they charge for RAC is it present or withdrawn and also waiting list how does it move forward. Suppose 10% cancel their ticket then they I'll be filled up with higher base fare tickets in RAC and WL which is more profitable for IR.
