In view of the ensuing Dussera festival, it is expected that Secunderabad Railway Station will witness additional foot falls of rail travelers as well as non-travellers,...
It looks like IR have taken thorough lessons from Pvt. Schools who impose fines at the drop of hat like fine for - late coming to school, not wearing proper uniform, dirty/unpolished shoe, talking in hindi, low attendence etc
