This fact shall be informed to the concerned passengers at least one day/ 24 hours ahead of the travel time of the Wait listed train.
So as the passengers can be arranged their travel to the boarding station.

This will be a good step as a large number of seats going vacant in Flexifare trains Raj/Shat/Duro trains (Humsafar and most probably Tejas too shall be under flexifare scheme) could be filled by wait listed paxs of other trains of the route.
Upgraded paxs of normal express trains shall be very lucky as they shall be paying almost half the cost of maximum flexifare cost (150% of normal).
