it can easily be said that these "pelting" are being done deliberately... i wont describe why deliberately but many are mature enough to understand the scene ... very very poor act from the people behind it.
Its all about UP third class politics hence this state never become richer as capabilities are higher than any state in terms of positive work..
But they busy in third class politics, caste, religion, secularism, mandir, masjid etc etc

yes actually you are totally correct ...just to defame some credits many "unsocial elements" donot even bother to destroy the pride of the country which is totally used for public service
