There are two ways to go from Lko to Bsb via Rbl. From those, the route of Lko-Utraitia-Shrirajnagar-Rbl-Pratapgarh-Janghai-Bsb is going to be fully electrified when Utraitia-Shrirajnagar ~29 kms small portion which was left in march due to CRS of double track in April between these two stations, completes electrification CRS. Now electrification CRS for both the tracks (Up and down) between Utraitia and Shrirajnagar is expected at any date between 15-19 May, after which 14003/14004 full route (except Bhagalpur- Tinpahar ~100 kms) will be electrified. So it would be appropriate, if railway runs eloco in place of dloco for ~1200 kms from ndls to jmp/bgp or even ~800 kms from ndls to ddu.

12355/6 Jat-Pnbe Archana & 13005/6 Asr-Hwh Punjab Mail ko toh 14003/4 se bhi pahle chalna chahiye.
Because ye dono to end to end eloco se chal sakti hai, after 20 May. No hurdle of loco change at any point.
