RDX at these stations. Police officers, including Superintendent of Police Sandeep Ghuge and Additional Superintendent Ritu Khokar, reached Sangli and Miraj stations along with police teams. All police stations in the district were alerted, and roadblocks were set up. Vehicles were searched, and ambulances, fire department, and hospitals were put on high alert. The bomb squad thoroughly searched Sangli and Miraj stations, but found nothing suspicious. The search involved officers from the local crime investigation department, riot control unit, and anti-terrorism squad. Security was also heightened at crowded places in Sangli and Miraj. Inspector Satish Shinde of the local crime investigation department said that the search for the person who made the threat is underway and advised citizens not to believe rumors.
