* This appears to be a politically motivated statement of a politician, who practically have nothing useful to say.
* Rly works are progressing at super fast speed like never before in Independent India, in-spite of the fact that IR was handed over to the successor in worst financial condition by the "unhappy man". Every day 8kms of new BG track are being commissioned as compared to just over 4 km during the period of Mr. Kharge as RM.
* Probably opposition wants this govt to work at least 10 times faster than

they did all the years, so that all the shortcomings of 60 years of mis-governance can be made up the current govt.
*Unlike in the past, it can be said that today IR is not only working for the home state of RM only, but working for the other states of India also. So "the specific region" may not be getting the VVVIP treatment it got during the brief period of the "unhappy man".
* Had Mr Prabhu not saved several thousands of crores through efficient power procurement, not succeeded in involving states to invest in Rly projects, not shown courage to increase fare through unpopular means-(Suvidha/Flexi/cancellation charge.. etc), not succeeded in arranging cheaper finances from private sector (PPP project, LIC etc), the Rly development would have been almost standstill.

1. "the specific region" - is Hyderabad Karnatak region - one of the most backward regions of this nation.

2. "unhappy man" - A great man who has strived for that region and asking for funds to complete the projects for HK region is an unhappy man ????? then what does it make someone like you, who bashes this great man with no understanding.

The sum total of your comments are just abuse and bashing of RMs /blog/post/2210809 from other political parties, with no understanding of their contribution. Everyone hates some political party, which is understandable, but you have smugness and arrogance and sheer disdain for other regions and some states like Karnataka /blog/post/2231210

Dear friend, you have mis-understood my posts pertaining to introduction of SBC-Karwar train on newly constructed rail line. Which you consider as disdain towards Karnataka is actually highlighting apathy of Railways towards Karnataka, where courts have to intervene to force IR to introduce new trains in Karnataka, which should have been proactively done by IR after investing so much money on the project.

It is always painful to see a large number of posts in IRI mostly by Karnataka friends due to problems being faced by passengers Gauge converted sections Hassan-Manglore & Londa-Goa. Other GC routes of IR are flourishing and people are happy and these 2 sections are not able to serve the local people. I tried to give info about the reasons of the problems being faced to the best of my knowledge with an aim enrich IRI friends. These matters are not covered by media today, I have read in the news papers during 90s when the GC projects were implemented. I have also tried to enumerate possible measures to improve rail connectivity & services in Karnataka so that the problems being faced could be removed.

Thanks for your feed back which is a lesson for me.
Since I/My family belong to and is attached to many states, I tend not to have too much affection towards any particular state and to put the facts bluntly. Since a lot of mismanagement has been done in past, in different states and by different persons, you will find them in my posts.
There was no intention to abuse any state or person. I feel extremely sorry if my efforts hurt sentiments of the persons of a particular state.
