PrabhuJi Public have much more expectations than the public representatives from Indian Railways.
We have to bring in efficiency in Rly operation & optimize our working procedures and investments especially in new projects.
In addition to transparency, we need to involve public in decision making by getting vital inputs from them through suggestions and complaints.

the projects which are supposed to give high rate of returns and not the loss making ones.
Huge number of retired rly personnel (physically fit ones) may be involved in railway working through voluntary part time “shram seva” to help their beloved organization out of crisis.
Efforts are needed to develop more and more departments/ sections/ trains etc into individual profit centers for I Rlys.
