A Rare Phenomenon.. Happens sometimes due to non-attachment of coach or applications of Geniuine HO Quota is so high that they have to reverse the normal PNRs like this one to accomodate these HO Pass and other reasons..!!

Many people think that it HO allotment who is responsible for Degrading a WL/CNF ticket in to WL/WL status.
This is not correct.
The common reason for such down grading (and it happens with AC class mostly) is:
Last minute removal of Coach at "washing pit" called 'coach certified as Damaged' in Rail lingo. and unavailability of spare coach (specially AC coach.

i dont agree to removal of coach in this train as it has only 1 2AC coach so coach removal is defintely not poss but i feel HO might be causing it (atleast in this scenario)
