My pleasure. I think that no track doubling works have been sanctioned as of yet on any of these routes like Varanasi-Jaunpur Jn-Faizabad-Lucknow OR Varanasi-Amethi-Rae Bareli-Lucknow. The MPS for trains on this route may be not more than 90-95 Kmph ;-I

I am sorry to say that we may not find any Duronto Trains running between BSB & LKO via JOP/JNU/RBL Routes as the Duronto Era may be over. There was a chance of a KOAA-ASR Duronto Exp to pass via the JOP-SLN Route BUT even that train has been demoted to a Normal Superfast ;-P

Ph:+919540896934Now a days public understands what are the benefit of SFs over Duranto and i think with more no of AC coach (like LKO mail) and stoppages like Skr's, any train can beat duranto.

I have thought of a train on such lines say a Superfast AC Train between Howrah and Jaipur with the following stoppages :-

Asansol, Dhanbad, Gaya, Mughalsarai, Varanasi, Sultanpur, Lucknow NR, Kanpur Central, Agra Fort & Bharatpur.

PS : The route of this train may be twisted but it's aim is to connect Calcutta, Sultanpur & Dhanbad with Tourist/Pilgrimage Spots like Gaya, Varanasi, Agra & Bharatpur all in one go !!! :-D

Sabarmati ExpressRTM based WDM-2A loco - 17728 has arrived platform number - 02 at Jaunpur (JNU) yard with Varanasi (BSB) bound 19167 (Ahmadabad-Varanasi) Sabarmati Express at its tow !! This train hgas been detained here to make way for our train in this single lined section between Zafarabad (ZBD) and Barabanki station !!

Thats single & interlocked section, with Electric signalling, which dont need token collection, which mostly prevail in Semaphore Section!!

यूपी के जौनपुर से 20 किलोमीटर दूर मेहरावां रेलवे स्टेशन के पास हुआ है बड़ा रेल हादसा. हावड़ा से देहरादून आ रही दून एक्सप्रेस की 11 बॉगियां पटरी से उतर गई हैं. हादसे का शिकार हुई 8 बॉगियों में से 5 बॉगियां तो पलट ही गई और बाकी 6 बॉगिया पटरी से उतरी हैं.
