ECoR developed VSKP which is in AP but ignored BAM which is in Odisha.
Thappu, ECoR took advantage of developed VSKP and made a big mess.
VSKP developed by it self. Under SER its developed as deserved...

No need of any new Zone as of now.. What ever is there presently is as per the need only.. Its Indian Railways of the Union and not the State Railways of India
New zone will be formed .. ROU will be merging with ECoR by de-linking from SER of CKP Div and WAT will be de-linked from present ECoR

how ecor ignored BAM small station which is in Odisha pf-4 or5 . and each train waits for 3 to 6 mins stoppage. kur is takeing advantage.
15630 should run via TATA, CKP, ROU, JSG, SBP, BLGR, TIG, RGDA & VZM
15930 should run via TATA, CKP, ROU, JSG, SBP, BLGR, TIG, RGDA & VZM
There are two trains from GIMB to PURI.
i) 19453/Gandhidham - Puri Weekly Express
ii) 12993/Gandhidham - Puri (Weekly) SF Express
It would be beneficial to people of Western Odisha if 19453 is restricted to RGDA.
There is no point in travelling in circuitous way from TIG to PURI Via RGDA, VZM, BAM & KUR;
If you have shorter route TIG to PURI Via SBP, BBS & KUR.
If a link between BAM to Raygada will be constructed, it will reduce so much T/T. Southern Odisha people should demand for a new rail link before upcoming budget.
But the original Odisha blogger seems in restriction of 1 train @ RGDA with circular route as issue, while lot many follow same kinda circle route!!
Yeah TT surely gonna get reduce & make people cherish RGDA-BBS/PURI & intermediate travel!! But mayb, geography may hav imposed restriction...dunno mch about although!!
Many People from RGDA, TIG and KBJ daily travel to RGDA.
But we have only weekly train 18573 VSKP - BGKT Exp.
Please introduce a SF Exp from BGKT to RGDA or BGKT to PURI Via RGDA
If that is not possible please increase the frequency of 18573 from weekly to Daily.
Lot of people from Odisha Visit Mahalakshmi Temple (Vaishnodevi Mata) in Katra, J&K.
But we do not have trains from this state.
Similarly many people visit Amritsar as it is home to the Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) and Jallianwala Bagh (one tri weekly train)..
Similarly many people visit Chandigarh/Kalka as it is closer to Shimla ..
So if there is one train to SVDK Via UHP, JAT, PTKC, JRC (with slip coaches to ASR & JUC) .. LDH, CDG, UMB, SRE, MTC, NDLS, CNB, MGS/ALD/BSB, ADRA, KGP, BBS from BAM
I wud like to see PURI SVDK via KGP MGS BSB LKO UMB JAT in near future..
Agree there should be train from Odisha to SVDK.
I think 18507 should be made daily by running 3 days a week Via BAM & BBS and 4 days Via RGDA &e TIG ..
If that is not possible may be slip coaches from RGDA to SBP Via TIG will be helpful.
It will be very nice if it starts from VSKP the last point of ECoR as it will benefit from the whole of ECoR,
also many people from North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha will be visiting Vaishno Devi Temple.
No slip coaches are required to ASR as 18507 will be sufficient ..
Finally getting a path for normal train is very difficult .. so a Premium/Suvidha would be really great ..
I think slip coaches to ASR will be a bad idea because Amritsar is handling huge traffic and they short terminating the Passenger and DEMU trains in city outskirts only.
Due to operational feasibility increasin the frequency of 18507/18508 will be good i hope in my view.
if its direct train to katra from odisha will do good i hope
according to me there should be one daily train to ASR from PURI via BBS,HIJ,TATA,MURI,BRKA,BSB,ALD,CNB, one weekly to DDN via BBS,SBP, and following hirakud route to DDN via NDLS and one bi weekly to SVDK via JAT
First RSA between 12803 and 12807 should be removed.
It will be better if 12807 is extended to SVDK with slip coaches to DDN.
As there is no train to any place beyond NDLS from South West Odisha/North AP
Yes if RSA is removed, both can be made daily ..
12804 should be made daily and should be extended to SVDK/JAT ..
By doing so Both AP and Telangana will be benefited ..

yes even in the inaugral it was requested and so should be considered,though not immediate first daily then may be next time around timings will be tweeked.
It will be better if 17016 Visakha Exp and 18310 Nagawali Exp swap their originating destinations
Eg: 17016 Visakha Exp can start from SBP and since SBP - VZM is not electrified and need not change its direction/loco and can be diverted Via DVD instead of VSKP.
Similarly 18310 can start from BBS and it has only 18 coaches .. it can be augmented to 24 coaches and its speed is more and halts are than Visakha ; Since BBS is capital city it deserves that status ;
Also 18510 can also be extended to BBS ;
ECoR is neglecting South-Western Odisha and Waltair Division. From LTT - PURI/BBS there are 4 Trains
i) 12879 LTT - BBS
ii) 22865 LTT - PURI
iii) 11019 DR - BBS
iv) 12145 LTT - BBS ..
Towards RGDA/TIG/KRPU we have only ONE WEEKLY Train
22848 LTT - VSKP
I think ECoR and CR should leave the slot of 12879 and 22865 to 22848 ..
It should ask for increase in frequency of 12145 as it would
