I remember that when I was traveling in ASR-HWH Mail in 2008, our train had reached at Gauriganj Stn slightly late. I could not see any platform from my 2nd AC coach's window. When I went to the main gate of my coach, then after peeping out from the gate I realized that our train's AC Coaches were a bit ahead of the station's platform. Our train's rake was much longer in length than that of the platform which had required extension in it's length. I have seen that barring Rajdhanis, all other Long Distance trains (incl Durontos) have AC Coaches(Esp 2nd AC) situated at the far end of a rake ;-I
