I don't know much about patliputra nirvana n exotica...whether they are 5* or not....
But acc to their websites they claim that they are 5* hotels....😊
Sir, Litti cook with wheet with filling of special gram flour with spicy garlic n chilli and chokha is massed potato.
not at all similar to samosa ..u will get it in eastern India only ..i.e. bihar jharkhand and east UP ( purvanchal ) ..it is filled with Saatu and chokha is a mix of baingan , aalu , tamatar and mustard oil with spices..my favorite dish .. litti chokha soch kar hi mooh me paani aa gaya ...

You can take food from PF No.10, a restaurant from IRCTC named Food Express, except Jan Aahaar or Buddha Vihar from PF no. 1. These 2 restaurants are not good in taste. Except Jan Aahaar, Buddha Vihar takes more price, and gives low quantity and not good in taste.
