Actually this trains starts from VSKP only as Visakhapatnam Vizianagaram Passenger/78532. Arrives at VZM at 19:55 and stops at VZM for 15 min and leaves to Palasa then Cuttak and finally Paradep.
They will issues tickets directly to PALASA from VSKP it self.

Sir, you can take tickets from Anywhere(starting point) to anywhere.
Why special mention?

Bhanu, this is a passenger train. After this there is no passenger runs from VSKP to Palasa upto next day morning. If they issues tickets today they wont consider for next day. Also if train was not there then also they wont issue. That's why i specially mentioned.
